Meet Our Team
J. Kenneth Bozeman, Au.D., Ph.D. CCC/A
Practice Manager
J. Kenneth Bozeman, Au.D. Ph.D. received his Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the School of Audiology at Salus University. He is board certified by the American Board of Audiology and Certified in Audiology by the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association. He has practiced Audiology for 35 years.
Dr. Bozeman has worked as a clinical audiologist for ENT, hospital, and private practice settings. He served as the
International Consultant for a major hearing aid manufacturer in Asia and was then General Manager of its New Zealand branch for 5 years. Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Bozeman assumed the role of Hearing Aid Department Manager for a major Boston Hospital.
Over his 35-year career, Dr. Bozeman has developed a strong sense of empathy for the disabling effects of hearing loss and reasonable treatment options available. He believes that fitting hearing aids is as much art as science that is best left those professionals with the proper training and experience.
R. William Mason, M.D.
Medical Director
R. William Mason, M.D. is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and actively practicing in the Greater Boston area. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Boston University School of Medicine, a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology — Head and Neck Surgery, and a fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
A practicing ENT for 30 years, Dr. Mason has experienced the impact that hearing loss has on patients and families. He also understands that, despite the incredible advancements in treatment and technology, many patients and physicians still do not recognize hearing loss as a significant medical issue, and therefore, often delay diagnosis and treatment for as much as seven years. As medical director of Enhanced Auditory Resources, Dr. Mason is committed to providing a clinical-based resource for patients and other physicians to offer a comprehensive, consultative approach to this significant medical issue.
Eve Adler, M.S. C.C.C.-A.
Audiologist
Eve Adler graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and received a Master of Science degree from Boston University. Adler is a licensed audiologist with extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of hearing loss, and the evaluation of other auditory problems such as ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and vertigo.
Jennifer Sherrod
Patient Care Coordinator
Jennifer Sherrod brings extensive medical office experience, as well as a keen sense of organizational management to the E.A.R. team. Sherrod's polished interpersonal skills and computer savvy are instrumental in assisting patients as they navigate through the challenges of treating their hearing loss.
Christine Coscia
Outreach Coordinator
Christine Coscia has a background in Health Education, and experience working with physician groups coordinating referrals to the State's tobacco cessation program. Her responsibilities here at EAR include, coordinating referrals from physician offices to Enhanced Auditory Resources, and communicating with physicians the results of patient testing and treatment plans. Christine also provides educational outreach to community groups in our area.
